This course is focused primarily on new employee recruitment and training. Class content teaches how to deliver the (OS1) Boot Camp Class and the Basic Training Certification Course. (OS1) Boot Camp is a distillation of scientific cleaning materials collected during the past 25 years. These materials are related to the continuing development of the ManageMen Operating System or (OS1).

The (OS1) Expert Trainer course is the leading in-service trainer certification course in the cleaning industry. Participants prepare presentations, deliver them using props and are critiqued by the class and instructor. Some of the topics covered are: teaching the science of cleaning, cleaning vs. polluting, how to emliminate resistance to training, how do cleaners learn and new techniques for getting results from training.

If you are a (OS1) Trainer or Job Coach, an (OS1) Manager or Executive responsible for training, an HR or Safety Trainer of cleaning workers in an (OS1) organization...this class is for you!

*It is highly recommended that you are a graduate of Janitor University before attending this class.

The Specifics
The tuition fee for this course is $2,395.00 per student and is non-refundable. Tuition includes: 3 nights hotel accommodations (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights) at Disney's Contemporary Hotel & Convention Center, take home course materials and handouts, breakfast and lunch each day, and instructor fees. Travel, transportation and other meals are not included.

Due to our commitment with Disney, registration fees must be paid 21 days in advance and are non-refundable. If we do not receive your registration payment 21 days prior to seminar start date, your registration will be cancelled. If a class is canceled for any reason, refunds will be made within ten days.
