This book by John Walker is the number one selling ISSA educational tool ever. It has been published into four languages and has had several different revisions and printings. Originally it appeared as 292 Cleaning Times. Then it was increased 310, 358 and now it is 447 Cleaning Times. It is the most popular cleaning industry workloading reference in the world. Technical Advisors Report: Traditional Housekeeping vs (OS1) Cleaning Process
In this 2006 study Dr. Michael Berry reprises his landmark EPA cleaning study at the Frank Porter Graham School at University of North Carolina in 1992.
