Janitor University offers a slate of classes, each tightly focused on the (OS1)® cleaning process. This five-day leadership course is designed for cleaning industry executives seeking to broaden their skills, focus their attention and improve their organizations. Students at Janitor University are immersed in cleaning science, workloading, waste reduction, functional management, tracking and safety programs that are currently in use at many of the leading facilities in North America. (OS1) is a complete Custodial Operations Management System, which was developed during the past two decades by ManageMen, Inc.® and the (OS1) Users. Janitor University is a tremendous opportunity to look at everything you've learned through experience and benchmark best practices with some of the best thinkers and practitioners in the cleaning industry. The participants in Janitor University classes are one of the programs greatest strengths. Each class consists of an outstanding group of experienced executives and managers from varied backgrounds. Executives from contract cleaning companies, utilities, education, health care, and other sectors of the industry come to Janitor University. Non-profit organizations, labor unions, and government have also sponsored participants. Qualified applicants are accepted from an application process that seeks class diversity and student commitment. Class size is limited to ensure maximum participation and interaction with the faculty. When the class is full, we close the section. Acceptance to the program is by invitation only.
