(OS1)® Users Symposium
The (OS1) Users Symposium – a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in facilities cleaning, safety and sustainability through benchmarking, networking, measurement and data analysis. Held annually, the program consists of presentations by a wide variety of (OS1) Users presenting benchmarking best practices data and reports. Special speakers with relevance to the (OS1) system are also invited to participate.
The Symposium is also the event for the (OS1) Awards Ceremony…a black tie, annual ceremony. It is here, where the (OS1) Users, who have had an (OS1) Progress Audit, compete and receive (OS1) Awards. These are based on the ManageMen auditing process and peer recognition.
“There are aproximately 300 audit factors we compare and such side-by-side, engineering-level analysis can only be achieved by standardization of all aspects of the operation. The annual cleaning awards are a way for the (OS1) Users to recognize outstanding performance based upon well-defined and shared parameters” says Paul Condie, the (OS1) Users Group Chairman.
